He is survived by: his wife Lisa Burgess; his children, Jeff Franklin (Roberta) and Tiffany Franklin (Tony); his grandchildren, Wyatt Franklin, Josh Parson, Justin Parson and Allie Parson; and his parents-in-law, Cecil, Marie Underwood, Dave and Amy Underwood. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and Other Extended family.
