He is survived by : his wife Betsy Thomas-Kizziah; his daughter Barbara Haley Thomas; his siblings, Linda West (Tom), Martha Roberts (Don), Liz West (Jeff), Maedma Roberts (C. G.) and Tom Kizziah Jr. (Lisa); and his brothers-in-law, Bill Thomas (Donna) and Bob Thomas (Tina). He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
