She is survived by: her daughter Karen Gail Shultz Adams (Tenn) of Ten Mile; her grandson Chris Shelton (Gegetta Ferris) of Madisonville, Tenn.; her great grandchild Hanantha; and her sister-in-law Mary Ratledge.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home (521 N Jackson St, Athens, TN 37303). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Clearwater Cemetery (964 Co Rd 180, Athens, TN 37303).
