He is survived by: his significant other Lisa "Womac" Ocho; his children, Jason W. Womac, Keith O. Womac and Jennifer "Womac" LaFrance; his son-in-law Matthew J. LaFrance; his grandchildren, Crystal, Victor, Sylvia, Ciarra, Lateasha, Riley, Tyler, Carter, Ashley, Korbin, Karissa and Camille; his nephew Nick Womac; Shirlette C. Womac.
