He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Stanley and Dorothy Jean Bufkin Miller. He is survived by: his wife Paula Miller; his children, Erik Miller (Tukta), Erin Miller and Mary Jane Eichholz (Ray); and his siblings, Robert Miller (LeAnne), Karen Miller (Marty) and Rebecca Cushman (Fona).
