He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl and Paula Hamilton of Old Hickory; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Janice Hamilton; his children, Patrick Hamilton (Kasey) and Kelly Hamilton; his stepdaughter Brooke Thompson (Derick); his sisters, Susan Sanderson and Robyn Cassel; his sister-in-law Alicia Hamilton; and his pet Heidi. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
