She was predeceased by : her parents, Loss Goodin and Dora Goodin of Pineville; her son Parker Wayne Epperson of Harrogate; and her granddaughter Kira Nicole Ramsey of Johnson City. She is survived by : her husband Ted Bledsoe of Thorn Hill; her children, Allen Epperson (Rhonda) of New Tazewell and Shawna Ramsey of Morristown; her stepdaughter Melissa Bledsoe of Newport; her grandchildren, Parker Epperson (Rebecca) of New Tazewell and Doug Ramsey (Susie) of Morristown; her great grandchildren, Elijah Epperson, Owen Epperson, Colby Epperson, Amelia Ramsey and Kloie Daniels; and her sister-in-law Clevie Cupp of Morristown. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
