She was predeceased by : her parents, Mack Kyle Collins and Gertie Ferguson Collins; her brother Kyle Collins; her son Herbert 'Hub Hipshire; her husband Maynard Hughes; her granddaughter Kelly Elizabeth Hipshire; and her brother-in-law Len Davidson.

She is survived by : her son Mack Keith Hipshire (Jennifer Renee Hipshire). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
