He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Billings and Lucille Billings; and his siblings, Harold, Earl, Mike, Leslie and Marilyn Morris.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Pinner Billings; his sons, Wyatt (Dawn) and Greg (Angela); his grandchildren, Cody, Matthew (Alexa), Nathan (Jenny) and Kayla; his great grandchild Eloise; and his caregivers, Regina Wilson and Sherrie Welch.
To honor Bill's memory, the family asks that memorials be made to the charity of their choice.
