He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Manns and Emma Pauline Overall Manns. He is survived by : his sons, Joseph Scott Manns, Bradley Scott Manns and Charles Edward Manns, Jr.; and his siblings, Pat Cermak (Len) of Union City, Carol Curlin of Union City, Shirley Rambo (James) of Union City and Jimmie Manns of Miston.
