He is survived by: his wife Sheila Roberson Maddox of Tiptonville, Tennessee; his stepsons, Greg Westmoreland (Bobbie) of Finley and Kevin Westmoreland (Keli) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his sister Portia Bennett of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his mother-in-law Frances Rogers of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his nephews, Joe Bennett of Dyersburg, David Bennett of New Orleans and Dustin Bailey of Knoxville, Tennessee; his niece Kelly Bailey of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his great-nephew Brandon Bennett of Jackson, Tennessee; his great-niece Brittany Sweatt (Troy); Emmalee of Dyersburg. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
