He was predeceased by : his parents, Billy Deason and Gracie Deason; and his siblings, Billy Wayne Deason and Tammy Warden. He is survived by : his sons, Jonathan and Roy Matthew "Matt-Roy" Deason; his brother Mark Wade Deason; and his grandchildren, Roy Matthew Deason, Jr., Aubree Kate Deason and Dominik Hackett.
