He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Johnson and Betty Jo Eddlemon Johnson. He is survived by: his son Earl Scott Johnson, Jr.; his granddaughters, Rhianna Johnson, Elizabeth Johnson and Meagan Johnson; and his siblings, Jill Nester, Ginger Campbell and Clyde Johnson.
