He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleaveland Talley and Dollie Mae Jones Talley; and his siblings, Nettie Mae Perry, Juanita Young, Bernice Johnson, Jo Ann Talley, Bessie Mae Elam and Willie Lee Talley.
He is survived by: his children, Lataunga Avery (Tiger) of Tiptonville, TN., Tarveras Rogers, Boris Rogers (Tomi) of Knoxville, TN. and Endre Johnson (Marcy) of Ripley, TN.; and his siblings, Barbara Jennings of Elgin, IL., Eugene Talley (Jessie) of Elgin, IL., Aubry Jones of Elgin, IL. and Larry Jones of Elgin, IL..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:55 PM at the St. John #2 M. B. Church (908 Lake St, Tiptonville, TN 38079). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
