He is survived by: his wife Judy Whitson Mayo of Tiptonville, TN; and his sisters, Brenda Mayo Leggett of Union City, TN, Sandra Mayo Newsom of Henderson, TN and Deborah Mayo Jimerson of Tiptonville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
