It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Busby of Tiptonville, Tennessee, who passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Houston Kelly; her husband Bobby Joe Busby; and her siblings, Opal Windsor, Edna Nanney and James Kelly.

She is survived by : her children, Tim Windsor (Vivian) of Tiptonville, Greg Windsor (Cynthia) of Munford and Vicky Long (Brent) of Ridgely; and her brother Thomas Kelly of Murray. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
