He was predeceased by: his parents, Roce Hatley and Jessie Hatley; and his brothers, Richard Hatley, Teddy Hatley and Joe Mack Hatley.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Hatley (Hoffman); his daughters, Kris Hatley Gray (Vince) of Madison, AL, Laurie Hatley Bargery (Joel) of Ridgely, TN and LouAnne Hatley Stanford of Decatur, AL.; his grandchildren, Landon Gray (Jordan), Grace Lewis (Travis), Garrison Gray, Matthew Bargery (Scarlett), Andrew Bargery, Jolie Bargery, Kate Little (Hunter), Carter Stanford and Karoline Stanford; and his great grandchild Benjamin Bargery.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (536 Church St, Tiptonville, TN 38079). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
