He is survived by: his children, Robert Wood, Jr. (Brandy), Bobby Wood, Michael Lynn Wood, Jeffery Johnson, Amanda Wood and Nancy Wood; and his brother Billy Wayne Wood. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
