He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyman Barker and Marguerite Barker (Davis); his son Jay Barker; and his brother Shelby Barker. He is survived by: his daughters, T. J. Grear (Ben) of Memphis, Laina Bowen (Patrick) of Cookeville and Connie Fowler (Russ) of Cookeville; and his grandchildren, Huxley Grear, Harrison Grear, Miles Grear, Davis Bowen, Beck Bowen, Jack Fowler and Burns Fowler.
In lieu of flowers the family requests a memorial be made to the donor's charity of choice.
