He is survived by : his children, Kevin (Teresa) and Denise (Meredith); his grandchildren, Caitlyn and Andrew; his siblings, Ralph (Christine), Royce (Elaine), Ronald, Reba, Rebecca and Ruby; and his siblings-in-law, Inez Ledden and Edward Walker (Edith). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery (132 Bethel Church Rd, Townsend, TN 37882).
