The family announces the passing of Lillie Grace (Moore) Dockery of Townsend, Tennessee on September 27, 2026. Lillie, born on December 26, 1945, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lynnie Burton Dockery; her parents, Junior Harrison (JH) and Clara Faye Moore; and her siblings, Mary Cope, Timothy Moore, Jan Garland, Paul Moore, Benjamin Moore, Matthew Moore and Faye Moore.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa; her son-in-law Chuck Tipton; her daughter Rebecca; her son-in-law Max Chuites; her grandchildren, Johnathan Tipton (Amanda Lawhorn), Krista Tipton, Tona Chuites and Scott Chuites; and her siblings, Mitchell Moore, Moses Moore, David Moore and Lois Butler.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church (3736 Tuckaleechee Pike, Maryville, TN 37804). A reception will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to your favorite church in her honor.
