With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rebecca Deann Cockrum (Townsend, Tennessee), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 20, 2025 at the age of 41. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Rebecca leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Rebecca may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeffrey DeWayne Cockrum and Nancy Rebecca Cockrum (Reagan); her brother DeWayne Alan Cockrum; and her grandmother Lois Reagan (Hembree). She is survived by: her uncle Nathan Reagan; and her aunt Nanette Brewer (Reagan).
In lieu of flowers consider a donation to the upkeep of the cemetery grounds at Tuckaleechee Primitive Baptist Church or to the food pantry that feeds dozens of local families each week at RIO Townsend Church.
