He was predeceased by: his brother Gerald Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Pam Hayes; his children, April Rhoton (Michael), Trenton Hayes and Timothy Hayes; his mother Mildred Hayes; his grandchildren, Landon and Kelsie; his sisters, Sheila Masters (Bobby), Wanda Northcutt and Rita Ethridge (Randall); and his close friend Johnny Settlemyre.
