He was predeceased by : his sister Regina Harper Tubb. He is survived by : his parents, Teresa Ann Castner Harper and Billy A. Harper (Donna) of Jasper, TN; his children, Gavin Harper and Gianna Harper; his grandmother Pat Castner; and his grandson Kase Lane Harper.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Smyrna Cemetery.
