He was predeceased by: his parents, George Washington Andrews Sr. and Sarah Beatrice Williams Andrews; his daughter Patricia Andrews; his granddaughter Ariel Kilgore; his great grandchildren, Stephanie Stephens and Emmitt Andrews; his siblings, George W. Andrews, James Douglas Andrews, Charles Lee Andrews, Hazel Callaway and Bessie Simpkins; and his daughter-in-law Brenda Andrews.

He is survived by: his wife Pauline Andrews; and his children, David Andrews (Rhonda), Janet Dishroom (Ricky) and Tim Andrews (late Brenda).
