We announce the death of Lester Frank Smartt of Tracy City, Tennessee, who passed away on September 30, 2026, at the age of 74. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Smartt and Betty Meeks Smartt; his wife Doris Ann Sanders Smartt; and his brothers, Phillip Allan Lawson and Bobby Jack Nunley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Becky Lipham, Rachael Johnson and Ginger Harris (John); his stepchildren, Ann O'Neal and Johnny O'Neal; and his sister Vonda Sue McFalls "Oney". He is also survived by great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cumberland Funeral Home, Inc. (96 Clair St, Tracy City, TN 37387). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
