He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Lockhart and Mary Helen Meeks White; his sons, Toby and Wilson Lockhart; and his brother Donald Lockhart.
He is survived by: his sons, Tanner Lockhart and Colton Manley; his granddaughter Lyla Rose; and his siblings, Patricia Elizalda, Angela Manley, Grady Lockhart and Ronald "Ronnie" Lockhart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
