He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Rinne and Maxine Rinne (Maxey); and his grandson Benden Rinne. He is survived by: his wife Betty Rinne of Trenton, TN; his son Scott Rinne (Paula) of Potosi, MO; his stepsons, Dale Snow (Sandra Eversole) of Trenton, TN, Michael Snow (Casey) of Milan, TN, Jeff Snow (Elizbeth) of Milan, TN, James Snow (Melanie) of Otisville, MI and James Ellison of Dyersburg, TN; and his brother Richard Rinne of Oregan. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren.
