He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lee Taylor, Sr. and Mattie Lou Laton Taylor; his wife Charlotte Baker Taylor; his daughter Sherry Payne; his brothers, William "Bill" Taylor, Thomas Lee Taylor, Jr. and Hugh Taylor; his half-brothers, Riley Taylor and Richard Taylor; his sisters, Virginia Hanks, Elizabeth Stephens, Louise Watson and Ammie Culley; and his great grandchild Jordan Lee Payne.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Amanda Clark of Trenton, Tennessee; his son Ricky Taylor (Jeff) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his sister Janie Mansfield of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Jason Payne, Michael Payne, Cody Ward, Ty Ward and Sofia Barnes; his great grandchildren, Carly, Taylor, Hudson and Jace; and his great great grandchild Layne. He is also survived by his family, friends.
