He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mathenia; his children, Greg Mathenia (Paula), Amanda Mathenia, Amy Hickerson and Robert Tucker (Kristy); his siblings, Louise Watson and David Mathenia; his grandchildren, Jake Mathenia, Kayla Motes (Brannon), Sydney Stewart (Aaron) and Hayley Byrd (Brad); and his great grandchildren, Mary Clare Motes, Bodie, Owen Stewart and Taylor Byrd.
