She is survived by: her children, Faith Lanette Smith of Trenton, TN and Larry Isham Smith of Paris, TN; and her grandchildren, William Patrick Smith (Shannon) of Whitlock, TN, Nathan Andrew Smith (Lindsay) of White House, TN, Sharon Ostander (Mark) of Huntsville, AL and Jennifer Lynn Ussery (Trey) of Knoxville, TN. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.
