She is survived by: her husband Edward Stephens; her children, Michelle Klophaus (Tony) of Trenton, TN and Lee Morris of Brownsville, TN; her stepson Daniel Stephens of Brownsville, TN; her brother Danny Moore of Myrtle Beach, SC.; her grandchildren, Chris Conatser, Cody Lee Morris, Mason Kirby Morris and Emily Taylor Morris; and her stepgrandson Shane Stephens. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
The family requests that memorials be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, 5005 LBJ Freeway, Suite 250, Dallas, TX 75244 for the fight against breast cancer.
