He was predeceased by : his parents, Lenthus Albea and Eva Albea; his wife Shirley Albea; his grandson Darius Talib-Din; and his siblings, Aaron, Ray, John Lee Albea and Mary Frances Mays.
He is survived by : his children, Sherry Vinson (Greg), Fareed Talib-Din, Gary Albea, Debbie Albea and Dennis Albea (Yolanda); and his siblings, Mattie White, Robenia Bailey, Evelyn Partee and Lenthus Albea Jr. (Ann). He is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
