He was predeceased by: his parents, Shillie Long and Lovie Algee Long; his wife Nina Rae Long; and his sisters, Doris Berry, Callie Wilson, Lennie Bell and Carolyn Monroe.
He is survived by: his sons, Ken Long, John N. Long and Scott Long.
