He is survived by: his wife Linda Faye Holland Neace of Trimble, Tennessee; his children, Tony Lewis (Tabatha) of Dresden, Bugard "ManMan" Neace of Trimble, Robert Stacy of Union City, Richard Stacy (Bree) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Samantha Neace (Brian) of Finley, Belladonna Plascencia (Javier) of Newbern, Donna Williams of Halls, Virginia Neace of Jackson, Stevie Neace of Trimble, Zona Stacey of Trimble and Edith Stacey of Obion, Tennessee; his siblings, William Neace of Texas, Sam Neace of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Tammy Fulcher of Dyersburg and Nancy Neace of Dyersburg, Tennessee; and his stepmother Anna Neace. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren.
