He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard Farmer and Ethel Gibson Farmer; and his son John Bobo. He is survived by: his wife Linda Stewart Farmer of Trimble, Tennessee; his children, Rick Farmer of Berwyn, Carol Vodovich (Bob) of Chicago, Tammy Chambers (Alvin) of Springdale, Kai Ariehelle McKenzie of Trimble, Tennessee and Jimmy Bobo of Woodridge; and his granddaughter Sara Elizabeth Nichols of Trimble. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
