He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leon Haskell, Sr. and Jewell Agnes Haskell (Horn); his daughter Dawn Michelle Thompson; and his sisters, Margie Zimmerman and Patsy Maher.
He is survived by: his children, Wendy Rice (Brandon) of Union City, Julia Smith (Bruce) of Caruthersville, Missouri and Chad Haskell (Jennifer) of Danville, Virginia; his grandchildren, Justin Rice (Kayelee), Jeremy Rice, Seth Haskell, Cameron Thompson and Bentley Smith; his great grandchild Maisie Rice; and his sisters, Paula Wagner of Lima and Lisa Haskell of Rockford, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the East View Cemetery South Miles (1516 E Mathews St, Union City, TN 38261).
