He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Michael "Mike" and Dale Brinkley (Myers); and his son Nick Brinkley. He is survived by: his children, Brittany Brinkley of Union City, Savannah Bautista (Miguel) of Union City and Michael Brinkley (Maryann) of Martin; and his siblings, Danny Brinkley (Deborah) of Union City and Melanie Phares (Jerry) of Alabama. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
