She was predeceased by: her father Hubert Holcomb; and her stepfather Tony Higgins. She is survived by: her mother Rose Higgins (Armstrong) of Union City; her husband James Quinn of Troy; her son Codey Whitehead of Troy; her siblings, Toni Smith of Ashland City and David Madding of Tiptonville; and her grandmother Jane Armstrong. She is also survived by four nieces; and one nephew.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home (1200 S Miles Ave, Union City, TN 38261). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Whitehead Family Cemetery.
