He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lee Northam and Maggie Ellen Northam Moore (Edmaiston); his son Marty Ray Northam; and his brothers, Tommy Northam, Jerry Northam, Larry Northam and Terry Northam.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Sue Northam (Bramlett) of Troy; his children, Allison Richardson (Clint) of Union City, Chad Northam (Lisa) of Chattanooga and Scott Northam (Donna) of Troy; his grandchildren, Marcus Marotti (Mason Kopasz) of Nashville, Rayce Northam (Kenzi) of Valmeyer, Garrett Northam (Danielle) of Union City and Meagan Lee Northam of Union City; his great grandchildren, Magnolia Northam, Emirson Northam and Rhett Northam of Valmeyer, Illinois.; and his siblings, Carolyn Moran of Union City, Linda Fulcher of Troy, Brenda Greene (Dewayne) of Knoxville, Sherry Wade (Kevin) of Dyer, Vicky Stewart Cutler and Charles Northam (Barbara) of Fairfield Glade. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
