With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lew Solmon of Troy, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Lew left this world on June 11, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Mobbs Solmon and Merrel Solmon; and his siblings, Paul Solmon and Novie Cochran. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Brown Solmon; his sons, Bobby Solmon (Chris) and Greg Solmon; his granddaughter Morgan Solmon (Jeff Nunnery); and his great grandchildren, Katey Laine Thomason and Maverick Nunnery. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Troy Methodist Church (226 Westbrook St, Troy, TN 38260). A memorial service was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
