With sadness, we share the passing of Nancy Elaine Solmon (Troy, Tennessee). Nancy, born on June 8, 1942 in Hickman, Kentucky, passed away on July 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Floyd W. Brown; her husband Lew Solmon; her mother Mary Hite Brown (Hite); and her sisters, June Brown Dye and Peggy Sue Brown.
She is survived by: her sons, Bobby Solmon (Chris) and Greg Solmon (Jan Sturkie); her granddaughter Morgan Solmon (Jeff Nunnery); her great grandchildren, Katey Laine Thomason and Maverick Nunnery; and her siblings, Ann Brown Tharp (Tip) and Bobby Floyd Brown (Carline). She is also survived by family, and dear friends.
The family requests memorials in lieu of flowers to be sent to Troy Methodist Church.
