She was predeceased by: her parents, Flora Mae Wheatley and Milton Rike "Bill" Wheatley; her siblings, Paula Trahan and Bill Wheatley; and her daughter Shanna Shupp.

She is survived by: her son Robert Todd Shupp (Yolonda) of Troy; her grandchildren, Mikayla Shupp (Jonathan Desch) of Gilbert, Arizona, Justin Jensen of Texas and Jesse Jensen of Stafford, Virginia.; and her great grandchildren, Carter of Stafford, Virginia. and Oliver Jensen of Stafford, Virginia.. She is also survived by three nephews, six great-nephews, one great-niece, and one great-great-niece.
