He was predeceased by: his parents, T. C. McCullough and Ellen Sellers McCullough; and his nephew Chris McCullough. He is survived by: his sons, Clay McCullough of Brooklyn and Garrett McCullough of Claremont, California; his brother Gary; his sister-in-law Cheryl; his niece Teresa Goetsch (Curt); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyra and Kate.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cryer Funeral Home (206 E Main Ave, Obion, TN 38240).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude PL, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
