He is survived by: his sons, Clay McCullough of Brooklyn and Garrett McCullough of Claremont, California; his brother Gary; his sister-in-law Cheryl; his niece Teresa Goetsch (Curt); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyra and Kate.
