She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacobe Klai and Welhelmina Wohn Klai; her husband Barney Caksackkar; her stepmother Ruby Klai; her brother Jack Klai; and her siblings-in-law, Opal Grady, Jean Calhoun, Ruth Caksackkar, Effie Call, Floyd Calhoun, James Caksackkar, Samuel Grady and Charley Call.
She is survived by: her sisters, Shirley Monson of North Dakota and Phyllis Berntson of Minnesota; and her goddaughter Judy Fetters. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, cousins, and one cousin.
