He is survived by: his father Ben Frazier of Tullahoma; his children, Brooke Black (Lee) of Cullman, Ala, Shayne Currah (Dustin) of Tullahoma and Blake Frazier (Natalie) of Estill Springs; and his grandchildren, Connor, Peyton and Mason.
