It is with sadness that the passing of Bunny Comp (Tullahoma, Tennessee) is shared. Bunny, born on March 21, 1947 in Middletown, New York, passed away on October 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard E. Knapp and Clarice H. Horney; and her brother Richard E. Knapp, Jr. (Above). She is survived by: her children, Dawn Starkey (Phil) of Queen Anne, MD, Byron Comp II (Angela) of Lynchburg, TN, Daneen Simmons of Cambridge, OH and Craig D. Comp (Katrina) of Waller, TX; her grandchildren, Nicholas Lange (Amy), Holly DeStefano (Greg), Lauren Helgantalo (Kimmel), Byron Comp III, Katherine Postle (Flint), Jeffery Simmons (Ashley), Kyle Comp (Jennifer), Jacob Comp (Emilee) and Danielle Starkey-Rush (Jason); and her sister Jeanne Gahley. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, two nieces, one nephew, and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Parkview Senior Living (1601 Cedar Ln, Tullahoma, TN 37388).
