She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Thomas and Effie Lee Fanning (Lowhorn); her husband John R. Doolittle, Sr.; her grandson Joseph Ryan Doolittle; her sister Louise Upton; her siblings-in-law, Edward Upton, Sr., David Carmichael and Clara Kurzeja; her niece Rhonda Schultz; Jean, Betty, Barbara, Joyce and Jay.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra L. Atwell, John R. Doolittle, II (Marcy) and Thomas W. Doolittle (Kimberly); her siblings, Charlena Peterson (Richard), Patricia Carmichael and James Fanning (Angel); her sister-in-law Donna Doolittle; her grandchildren, Tina Arendes, Patricia Arendes, John R. Doolittle, III (Carrie), Lindsey (Doolittle), Courtney (Doolittle), Adams (Trent), Thomas W. Doolittle, II (Sana) and Robert D. Doolittle; and her great grandchildren, Cambryn Cummins, Logan Dumett, Olivia Doolittle, Sadie Doolittle, Deane Doolittle, Jack Adams, Indie Sikes, Kayce Sikes and Laney Sikes. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tullahoma First Assembly of God (1105 W Lincoln St, Tullahoma, TN 37388). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
