He was predeceased by: his parents, David Douglas Vaughn and Linda Faye Ferrell Crowley; and his brother Kevin Shane Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Carla Vaughn of Tullahoma; his children, David Isaiah Vaugh of Tullahoma and Shaynia Re'anne Vaughn of Tullahoma, Tennessee.; and his siblings, Brian Douglas Vaughn (Toni) of Wartrace and Rhonda.
