She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Wayne Isenhour and Janeth Hix Isenhour Leitzel. She is survived by: her husband Joe Kulik; her children, Cassie Elkins (Chris), Dylan Kulik of Tullahoma and Jayme Holland of Lebannon, Tenn.; her grandchildren, Alayah Minor, Zeke Kulik, Ellie Kulik and Nixie Dodd; and her siblings, Rita Stephens (Tenn) of Estill Springs and Phillip Isenhour of Florida.
